Apple Pie

Ingredients
3 apples, 4 eggs, 200 grams of flour, 200 grams of sugar, 30 grams of butter, 8 grams of baking powder or baking powder, a pinch of salt and jam (apricot, tangerine, peach ...).
Mix flour and baking powder or chemical yeast.
Place the eggs in a bowl and whisk them together with the sugar. Add a little salt and, when the mixture is fluffy, sift the flour with the help of a sieve or a sieve. Add the melted butter and beat again.
When the dough is well integrated, add half of the cut apples to small cubes, and mix well. If you like very moist cake, you can add another apple to the sponge cake. Pour the mixture into a mold previously greased with butter. The mold used is 22 cm in diameter. If you use a larger mold, the baking time may vary.
Laminate the rest of the apple and place it making the drawing that you like most to cover the entire surface. When all the surface is covered, sprinkle with a little sugar (optional).
Enter in the preheated oven at 175 degrees. Place the mold centered in the oven. After 45 minutes, your cake will be made. Remember to prick with a skewer stick or skewer to check that your easy apple pie is well cooked inside. If you like more golden brown, you just have to leave it a few more minutes in the oven with the part of the grill on until you get the golden color you want. Once done, remove it from the oven.
Unmold and paint the surface with apricot jam to give it shine. You can also use gelatin or another golden-colored marmalade such as mandarin, peach or the one you have at home. This layer, in addition to giving an exquisite fruit flavor, will give an impressive presence.
